01Adana Turkish Grill

We visited 01 Adana Turkish Grill recently. Since it has been newly taken over, I was expecting some small touches or a light refresh to improve the atmosphere, but apart from the menu changes, the interior felt largely the same. A bit more attention to décor and ambiance would really elevate the space. The food is very classic Adana-style Turkish cuisine. If you enjoy rich, heavy kebabs, this may be a good fit, but if that’s not your preference, it’s probably not a standout option.

One of my favorite Turkish restaurants! The appetizers and main dishes are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The service is fast and friendly, and the overall dining experience is always great. Highly recommended!

The liver and Adana kebab I had at 01 Adana Turkish Grill were absolutely phenomenal! The liver, especially, is beyond words — it was like the chef brought true Diyarbakir-style liver straight to the table. The Adana kebab was also excellent, but the liver is truly on another level. On top of that, the handmade baklava was incredible and made the perfect ending to the meal. I highly recommend everyone to try this place — a must for real Turkish flavors!

I loved the grilled lamb liver skewers (şiş ciğer). It was great and cooked just right. I come here often, the food is always good and the service is friendly and professional. One of my favorite spots. Highly recommend!

What a treat! We tried several items on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed them all. We received excellent, attentive service and we commented several times on how fresh and delicious everything was. My children loved the appetizers and pide. The kebab is perfectly seasoned and the desserts are divine.
