Customer Reviews
The food was great, and the lady who helped us — I believe her name was Amy — was awesome. She provided excellent service. However, the manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She acted like we were taking too long to eat and wanted us to leave. Keep in mind, this was 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. Maybe her attitude is the reason the place was mostly empty — there were only two other tables. As long as she is there, we will not be back. There are too many other places in Wake Forest that appreciate your business to be treated like this, especially after spending over $100.
Food is good and fairly priced! They were also able to accommodate our large party. Beautiful atmosphere.
Was expecting it to be rich and snobby being that it is at a golf course. I don't fit in with those people. The clientele was an older crowd, dressed nice, and I am not that. However, after a few minutes, I became more comfortable and didn't feel like I did not belong. The breakfast food was everything southern. Unhealthy and totally delicious comfort food. My picture is of the chicken biscuit. I will be returning! Thank you Moe for being awesome to me on the phone and Makenzy for being a nice server.
It is part of a country club, but it is open to the public. They have an amazing brunch on Sundays. All of their food is really great. The hamburgers are really good. Their liquor choices are a little sparse. They could use more wait staff. When you can sit out on the deck, it is really lovely.
We went for brunch and it was not a particularly good experience. Long waits, not enough workers and food that doesn't come out together so half the party is already done eating before the rest of the food arrives. Got coffee and had to ask for creamers multiple times before we got it. Had to ask for syrup multiple times before we got it. Pancakes were very hard and rubbery almost like they had been sitting a while or made previously and reheated. My advice would be to sure up the cooking and waiting staff to improve the experience.
