5 stars all around! Food is good, and the portions are generous. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Josh was wonderful! The fried dumplings were amazing. Very clean and comfortable space. I highly recommend trying 54 Noodle Bar. Added 2/21/25: I was visiting family in D.C. for a week and went to 54 Noodles Bar three times. I went two days in a row it was so good. The Pad Thai (I had it with tofu) is excellent with lots of flavor and wonderful presentation. I couldn't leave D.C. without having the fried dumplings again! Robert (one of the owners) is very friendly and knows how to treat customers. Lada, their head server, is the best! 54 Noodles Bar has only been open for a few weeks. Go give them some love, and they will give you some really delicious food.

We’ve ordered pho to go before and tonight we dined in and ordered rice platter and vermicelli. I’m pleased to say this is one of the very solid Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. And definitely one of the top in DC. I highly recommend and this will be one of our regular restaurants to go to since we live close by.

Tried something new and went to 54 Noodles Bar and ordered the Singapore Noodles with chicken. Good flavor, but very tough, sparse chicken (maybe 4 pieces). Really wanted to like this place because my server was initially very sweet. But then they never came back to my table and I had to flag someone else down for my check. My food was just ok. Portion size was good but not sure it was worth the +$20 for the meal.

I think overall everything was average. We came Sunday for lunch and were seated right away. I got a Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk and felt it had an off taste. Nothing bad it just didn’t taste like Vietnamese iced coffee I’ve had before. The sweetness tasted different than usual condensed milk and maybe a little too much of a milky taste. For my entree I ordered the stir fried vegetables with chicken. It was pretty good, the sauce wasn’t bad and it was a large quantity. Other entrees ordered was the grilled pork vermicelli bowl which was also ok. The employees were really friendly and checked on us often which was appreciated. It’s also located in a busy spot with a lot of foot traffic.

Great spot for cozy meal! Loved everything we ordered- especially the vermicelli chicken! An enjoyable evening with good service at a local spot- great portion sizes as well. Definitely recommend
