This froyo place is so good. The froyo is super smooth and actually tastes amazing—not icy or fake-sweet. Tons of topping options and everything looks fresh, so it’s really hard not to overdo it (in the best way). The staff are nice and the place just has a good, easy vibe. Perfect spot for a quick treat or hanging out with friends. Definitely coming back

Super happy to have a new dessert option in the neighborhood. So many froyo flavors! So many toppings! The staff is really nice and the place is clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Delicious ice cream lots of flavors to choose from and toppings. I especially love the watermelon sorbet. And it’s really clean. And there’s no other place where you get to choose your own froyo. And there’s really good vegan options! Because some people are vegan.

I was wowed by the opening of this (very welcome in the neighborhood) 16 Handles and then I was doubly wowed they would allow a dog with open sores to march around the space. I briefly forgot if I was in an animal hospital or a froyo shop but at the end of the day I had only one conclusion: disgusting. You should visit if you want to see entitled Brooklyn people parading their dogs around. Avoid if you like hygiene and food safety.
