16 Handles

I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup. The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times. What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. Super clean staff was super nice best frozen yogurt place I have ever taste 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to come back with my family.😮‍💨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the pleasure of stumbling upon the soft open for the new West Palm Beach 16 Handles location this evening (2/14). We tried sugar free strawberry, cookies & cream, vanilla and butterbeer! They had tons of toppings, sauces, syrups and whipped cream to add to your bowl or cone. Also available for purchase were drinks and several flavors of edible cookie dough! There is ample seating inside, and loads of seating outside in the cutest patio area. There are two restrooms inside with baby changers as well. We loved everything we tried, the prices were more than fair, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

I absolutely love ice cream and being vegan makes it a challenge, in my experience, to find ice cream places. 16 Handles has vegan soft serve plus 14 other flavors for people who are not vegan. The topping choices are beyond what you can ask for and the establishment is clean!! The employees are welcoming as well.

My husband and I love this place! The selection of flavors is always excellent and the consistency and taste of the frozen yogurt are phenomenal. The shop is clean and the service is always friendly!
