On my 42 mile bicycle loop from Merrimac, Massachusetts today, I came upon the "1820 Country Market and Deli." What a fun and yummy discovery! Owner George is so personable; we had a wonderful conversation. And the gentleman behind the deli counter made me a most delicious Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Wrap. I enjoyed scanning the many interesting gift-type items for sale while my wrap was being made. I'm glad to know this fine establishment is on one of my NH bike loops.
George and Renee are both very friendly and even opened the deli early for us to get a couple subs. The market is well stocked with all your essentials and things you need in a pinch. My husband and I just moved nearby and it will definitely be our go-to for a quick snack.

The store is a awesome addition to Fremont. The food is fantastic. The owners are great. I stop often while delivering oil in the area. I highly recommend more people support small business.
Noteworthy Italian sub. Better than any pizzeria in the area. Fresh ingredients, Boar's Head deli meats, assembled and packaged with care. Friendly service. 👌🏼
