1865 Coffee

People are very friendly here, they work hard, they have great grilled cheese, they do an excellent job with chai tea, they sling Excellence espresso, and I very much enjoy the cold brew as well. I'll be back. :-). The open mic was a blast!

Just stopped here for the first time while on my delayed lunch break. Not many food items, which is fine since it's a coffee shop. Has a homey feel to it, and looks like it can be great for larger groups.

This place has good espresso, good chai tea, and very reasonable pricing. Service has always been excellent and they love to have a little chat with you if desired. Roomy inside with plenty of seating. For those who rated this poorly because it is connected to a church and is ran by a church... what did you expect? Get over your insecurities and just enjoy the coffee!

Great little coffee shop in the middle of downtown Tempe. It's usually quiet so I can study easily. Their prices are better than the Starbucks down the street, and the manager is super nice too :)

Really good atmosphere. The drinks are so good. Smoothies, frappuccinos, just plain juice. Sooo good. I always come for the open mic nights. It was a fundraiser that is held there every month. The talent is amazing. Blended coffee in hand and quality artists before me... I'll always be there. Next one is March 20th, 2020.
