1888 Fiaschetteria Miami

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing people, amazing atmosphere. Strongly suggested if you are in Miami and you want to try some very good pizza!

Fiaschetteria has really good pizza. Last night we decided to come and try it after having postponed it a few times. It is well worth the drive from kendall. Wood oven pizza is my favorite and here the dough is soft and charred crust at the same time. Ingredients are very fresh and the tomato sauce is delicate and delicious. We actually had a few different pizzas including a white pizza. Tartufon pizza had lots of flavor but in my opinion a little to much ricotta. (Some people may like it that way). We just took a little of the excess off. Also good was the plain margarita with shredded mozzarella instead of the fresh mozzarella. The Nutella pizza is so good, it is a must have item for dessert. Overall a good place but on the expensive side for a pizza.

The service is accompany the high quality of the cooking. Thankfully the owner , a charming man from Italy , is always around willing to exchange some nice words and service . The food Is very good I had a Pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours and a good service For this reason I highly recommend going to this restaurant. Very pleasant!!✨

I loooved this place. We ordered a caprese salad and it’s the best one I have had in my life. We also ordered pizza and it was delicious. Coffee was very good too. The waiter was very nice to us. I also loved that the side of the restaurant has a big Shepard Fairey mural.

I’ve been going to 1888 for a while now... For me, they have the best pizza in town. Definitely food made from the heart. The ambiance is peaceful either inside or outside. My favorite place for a pizza in Miami! Thank you!
