210 Fish Market

Recently moved to Fayetteville and looking for a place that sells blue crab. I am from Capital Heights Maryland so I know what crabs are supposed to look and taste like! Lady was not friendly at all very straight to business type but the husband? was pretty cool. They were selling 'Jumbos' so called for $50 a dozen. $50???? I can get a half a bushel from Cameron's for $50 back home but hey I am here now. Crabs were No. 2 at best and maybe 1 or 2 No. 1 in the whole dozen. They were meaty for the most part but in the middle of July when crabs are plentiful they had no females, which I prefer. I may shop around as there are a few other seafood blue crab spots in town. Mind you up north the prices includes steaming and extra seasoning. Here you just get the crab and PLEASE don't put Old Bay on

He have crabs we was buying crabs from him since 97' we moved down here in 93' from Newark. N e who he will sit there pick out the big crabs and cook them for himself while in the store. While he's selling the small crabs that should've been thrown back in the ocean (I did a lot of crabbing in VA). That was enough at the point we had been trying to be loyal customers for over 10+ years. But we couldn't keep going through the same shit with the excuse always being oh they were all small well if that's the case why not give out a discount. Ion know but we found a better place to get them. But also try Bams where the old Chans used to be they have decent ones meaty juicy golden crab goodness. Give them a try RUN DONT WALK THE EARLIER THE BETTER BECAUSE THEY SELL OUT FAST!!!!

Fish was fresh and so were the crabs. Friendly vibe. Definitely will return.
