23 Cigar Bar and Restaurant (Members Only)

You need to check this place out if you like cigars, a nice bar, and really good food. You will be surprised to find all three in one location. The ventilation system work great and this allows you to enjoy your dinner without feeling like you are in an ashtray. If you can, try to be here for the sunset. This place may have the best view in Centreville.

Atmosphere is great , casual and comfortable. One of the nicer cigar bar's on this side of pond.. The chairs especially are very comfortable for the officionado, ....For a cigar bar , the food is 4 star too. The events held are what keeps me coming back ie whiskey/wine/single malts and cigar events. The demographic is an interesting mix compared to t other cigar bars. in the area.( including DC and Alexandria and Maryland ;-) )....The one remaining star will be given when the humidor is stocked with a much better selection or a greater variety of cigars AND I think this bar can benefit from a few more events that interest women cigar smokers like myself.

Get a membership for the food and the ambiance. As far as cigars go, you might want to bring your own. They don't carry much and lack in high end quality though they carry one box of Padron typically. Best food in the area though.

Please dont let the membership only prevent you from enjoying a cigar and ambiance at this establishment. Spoke to the GM and explained I was in DC one night. Beautiful selection of wines and bourbon.Comfortable surroundings with great service from Justin. If you are staying in DC....and using Dulles as a gatway. This is your oasis..... : )

You need to advertise its **MEMBER ONLY** Didn't get the feeling I would be welcomed so I waited to see if membership application info would be voluntarily given..No..I had to ask. then when questioned I got the "Sorry man I just work here" I was told my member ship will have to sent off and then approved (in a discouraging tone) God bless America! I served 23 years an retired to be treated like that. Dont waist your time..the're too many other Cigar bars that will welcome *everyone* freely.
