24 Coastal Grill

This restaurant has been open a little over a year now and was still under construction when we last visited the island. The IHG resort gave us one complimentary drink and we both ordered the Blueberry Margarita. Made well and was delicious. I ordered the blackened reddish with a side of bourbon brussel sprouts, my wife ordered the sweet and sour roasted chicken and both of our dishes were well prepared and tasted delicious. We ordered dessert to go and will eat that later. Jennifer our server and host was on point and attentive to our needs.

To start our server Brandon was amazing!!! He was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. We had the smashed burger and the spicy chicken sandwich with the fries. It came out quick, it was fresh and delicious. Our drinks were great and when I couldn’t figure out what shots I wanted to celebrate our engagement Brandon was very patient with us. He even took a few pictures of us. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant and make sure to ask for Brandon.

We ate here 4x during our week long stay at Holiday Inn and my 5 star review relates to one experience. We ate here for breakfast once and it was good we ate here for lunch once and the steak tacos were just ok and we ate here for dinner twice but the night we had Jared for our server was the best. We had been here for lunch earlier in the day and came for dinner out of convenience but our server Jared was the best out of the servers we had. Very friendly and personable. Our other 3 servers just seemed to be doing a job. We ordered the Smash Burger with the coastal salad and it was excellent. The salad even though it was a side salad was high quality spring mix with cucumbers and carrots and grape tomato’s in a cool bowl (presentation was great). And the smash burger was cooked perfectly.

I ordered to go and actually wish we had the time to eat at this restaurant. The view was absolutely amazing, the bartender was kind and bubbly. She excitedly answered all my questions. I ordered the house salad and added salmon. This is some of the best blackened salmon I have ever had. Cooked to perfection! I can’t wait to bring my family back on our next visit.

We could just enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet from Holiday inn resoort here but there were a plenty of the options. Staffs were very welcoming. Food items were refilled as soon as they were completed.
