3 Fortunes Restaurant

Ordered DoorDash from here for lunch while at work sight unseen. Lobster sauce and chicken wings were good. Mistake on my rice I ordered white they gave me pork fried which when mixed with lobster sauce is too salty. Lunch ruined but could tell the flavor was on point.

My family have been customers before the pandemic changed so many businesses. Today was no exception to the quick, tasty, and large portions. I miss the sit-down and socialize, and I respect their commitment to our community. We watched and shared years of each other's family growing up. Placed an order at 6:30 for delivery, at 8 o’clock I went to the restaurant because there was no update and phones were off “because they were too busy”. Multiple came in behind me and had the same issue. And that the 3fortunes website “is a 3rd party and out of their control” but the owners husband said this happened a week ago during Xmas and they kept the website open. - therefore this could have been prevented. They’re been around for a long time and KNOW they get busy every year on New Year’s Eve. - if they can’t handle not handle the business and keep orders in line, then they shouldn’t be open. - extremely disappointed and my family is now starving.

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Even though it’s the busiest time of the year, the service was absolutely horrible. They claimed they had no control over their website, yet I waited over two hours for my order. I eventually had to come to the store, only to find about 10 other people dealing with the exact same issue. Extremely poor service.

The older gentleman that works at the establishment is beyond abusive. He not only screamed in my face and threw my money back at me over him getting my order wrong. He just yelled at my brother's girlfriend today after she specifically put in her allergy request and called them to confirm it in which, when we received the food, it was covered in the vegetables that she is allergic to. When she called to talk to the owner about the miscommunication, he was rude. Dismissive continuously hung up on her face. What kind of food establishment doesn't take food allergies seriously. It's not a joke. The owner of this place hates women and just constantly attacks them not only have I seen it, I've also witnessed that first hand.
