I don’t know what is happened to this location, but the food is so subpar, since I first started coming here. My partner and I enjoy a nice moist brisket and it seems like the last couple of visits here we never get what we are requesting. We even have to ask for the brisket not to be trimmed so to ensure a moist brisket and routinely, we don’t get it. Today was the last straw, I asked for my moist brisket and when it showed up at the cash register, I could tell it wasn’t even close to what I requested. I then told a person at the register that I was not satisfied. Could you please redo it, my partner accepted her brisket, even though it wasn’t moist. when I received my redo it was nothing but fat I took it and I will show you the pictures of what I received. I stopped in here for a work lunch and was impressed from the start. The staff was friendly, greeted me right away, and kept the line moving fast—which matters when you’re on a tight schedule. I went with the brisket and liked that they let you choose between lean or mixed cuts. That’s a nice touch you don’t see everywhere. Most people think BBQ means heavy food, but they actually have some healthier options if you’re looking to keep it lighter. The dining area was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of seating. Service was efficient, and everyone seemed to know their role—no chaos, just a smooth operation. Platters start at about $15, and for the quality and portion sizes, it’s well worth it. All around great place. The food was delicious and the workers were incredibly helpful from flavors to pick to helping with boxes for to go food. I highly recommend this restaurant. They even have seating outside.

The pulled chicken is disgusting! There is a large piece that looks so uncooked I'm surprised it didn't chirp at me. If its not questionably cooked pieces its pieces of fat, no real meat. For a $16 price tag plus tax and the nerve to ask for a tip on a takeout order, my flabbers have been gast as I try to wrap my mind around this kind of bland food (mac and cheese and cornbread) at this price point in this economy.

Great place, super busy, bring an appetite their portions are huge, and they have outside dining !!
