Disappointed Experience. I visited 4D at City Place Doral and honestly, it was a letdown. The ice cream was watery, bland, and totally lacked flavor. On top of that, the cups are ridiculously small for how expensive they are—definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, I walked in one evening and the guy behind the counter greeted me with, “You got 10 minutes,” without even saying hello or good evening. Super unprofessional and unwelcoming. I won’t be coming back.

Ask for prices BEFORE they scoop your ice cream, because no prices are posted and it’s crazy expensive!!! And by the time that they have scooped your ice cream and handed it to you, you’re kind of stuck. I got a medium, which was two scoops, and it was a whopping $19+ plus tip! Mercy. It was delicious, but I will not be going back, because they already got enough of my money.

The flavors are all amazing but especially the mango, tastes so fresh and not artificial like some other spots. Customer service was so great too! Will be coming back all the time for sure

4D gelato 😍😍😍 offers a wide variety of flavors from Nutella, fresa (strawberry), cookies and cream. This one right here though is the one maracuyá (passion fruit) with amarena (cherry) so good definitely worth the try
