Ribs are good. They’re cooked well and seasoned well enough. Not overpowered and just right for sauce or vinegar. Brisket. Brisket is a contentious subject. You need to know how to order. They have a lean and fatty brisket. You will need to be specific if you order before you have an opinion. Both are good and cooked really well. Sausages are fatty and delicious. Can’t go wrong with either the jalapeño cheddar or the German sausage. If you have uncertainty, pick the jalapeño cheddar. The German one has spices you might not be familiar or used to. However if you’re brave enough, I’d encourage you try the German sausage. Also. Don’t forget they have a selection of real sugar sodas here. All the Dublin varieties and SODA SHOP PEPSI.

Group of 6 dropped in and really enjoyed ourselves. Sour cream cake for dessert with a mix of entrees prior.

Great BBQ in an out of the way location that’s worth a side trip. Brisket, sausage, ribs were all very good, and the pork belly was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming owners running the place.

Great bbq restaurant. We stopped by on our way from Oklahoma. Brisket was our favorite. Corn bread were tender and not too sweet. The different pickles and candies jalapeños were a very nice compliment. Don’t forget the dessert. Excellent hospitality and clean bathrooms.

Delicious food and the owners are super sweet and wonderful people!! HUGE plus that majority is gluten free so I can eat without worrying. If I could give 10 Stars I would!
