I would have given 503 bakery 4 stars. My family and I are frequent customers, and we consistently enjoy their exceptional staff, outstanding customer service, and the truly delicious array of bakery items, particularly their breads and pastries. My disappointment stems from the custom cake service provided through their partnership with an external baker. I recently placed an order for a custom Bluey-themed cake, totaling $90 including taxes, intended to celebrate a special occasion and feed 15 to 20 guests. My original request was for a round cake, with a "Strawberry Shortcake" cake flavor, strawberry mousse filling and a second layer with a fruit mix filling, with a blue fondant banner displaying my child's name and edible decorative balls. The food was really good! Personally, the pastry I got was too sweet for my tastes, but it tasted great. The other pastries my cousin and sister got were not too sweet and tasted great! The cake was soft and well made. The place was very clean too, and the lady at the front was sweet. Overall, very nice place.

The cake was very delicious ! The service was great. I am from houston tx and getting in touch with them was easy. They were able to do my babys 1st birthday cake just how i wanted. I traveled to Virgina and needed a cake and they were able to help with what i wanted. The cake was so pretty and delicious.

This family run bakery makes the best cakes and El Salvadoran pastries! The owners are so incredibly sweet and go above and beyond every time we order. My son just enjoyed the tres leches cake immensely for his first birthday!

Yesterday I was about to order a cake and cupcakes to deliver at loudoun kitchen and bar for next Saturday for my early birthday. I emailed photos to them. The people put me on hold for 4 times. They said they didn’t get the email. So I hung up. Not acceptable
