Stunningly Carey who just transferred down from Boca Raton, FL. In charge of Men’s collection, Thomas Pink brand was well experienced and helpful; went out of her way to found my unique fit which put me in a state of happiness! I will forever remember this lovely experience and I'm so happy to have her at this Bloomingdale's location! Thank you, Carey.

This place has seen better days. My burger was not appealing to say the least and cold!

It’s my first time having lunch at this location! And although the food was amazing the highlight of my visit was Karine at the bar. She was so helpful, full of energy and gave me great recommendations! I will definitely will be coming back!

Huge, gorgeous 3 level Bloomingdales with excellent selections of men’s and woman’s clothes, fragrances, and decor, as well as 59th & Lex Cafe.

After being a loyal customer of Bloomingdales for years at the Boca Town Center Mall, I made the HUGE mistake of going to the Bloomingdales in Aventura, the customer service I received from the "Business Manager of the Men Store" Lydia Riquelme was DISGUSTING!!! I don't know if anyone else got the "This is Aventura" answer but if I wanted to get treated like that in front of my wife and son I would've go to a Trump rally! Having someone like Ms Riquelme in charge of anything in a place that we pay TOP DOLLAR to receive great customer service is a HUGE MISTAKE!!! Oh by the way, went back to Boca Town Center and they were able to help me with no issues, I guess customer service goes with the zip code. You better believe I will NEVER go back to your "Aventura" location.
