7 Brew Coffee

This place out of the several times I’ve been here has typically been very very well, so i recommend! Today was somewhat the exception; as I went there and the order that I placed wasn’t read back and they made my beverage with the energy shot which when I ordered I said id like it with cream. At the window they read it back, I said I didn’t order / want the energy shot. They fixed the beverage, thankfully which was nice but I was not refunded for the extra money that was charged with the energy shot :( Overall a great place to get a tasty bev, and i like the vibe the building has!

It's a drive through and they are INCREDIBLY friendly. But the coffee is HORRIBLE. It's SOOOO BAAAAD! I had just gotten a decaf vanilla latte with oat milk and we were FLINCHING from the immediate after taste. Almonds? Raisins?? I can not put my finger on it but it was undrinkable to the point we couldn't stop laughing. I had to stop to buy a coffee somewhere else for ur outing. I tried so hard, but it's disgusting. Super friendly though. So disappointed.bwe waiting a year after moving here to try this place.

The Ames 7 Brew location is the best of the best. Not only are the staff here way kinder than other locations in Central Iowa, my drinks are always made perfectly. Shout out to Emma K-- my drinks turn out almost as sweet as she is every single time! If customer service were a competition, this 7 Brew would win!

Finding this was a nice surprise as we were passing through! This location is nicer than others because they have menus posted outside while you're waiting. It's annoying to have to pull up the online menu at the other locations. I always forget the flavors for the energy drinks so this place is really consumer-friendly. The drinks and staff were wonderful, as always!

I have visited here now a good 5 times. I hate to be that guy but every time I got a drink the cup is filled to the brim with ice, that is too much ice!!!!! I'm paying almost 8 dollars for a drink not the frozen water. There should be more than 3 drinks when I'm getting the largest size you have. I've tried asking for light ice as well and it's just ignored or missed the last 2 times I visited. Adding a photo of a empty drink with "light ice" I received it's absolutely full of ice and I feel like I'm getting ripped off.
