I love coming here and am obsessed with their energy drinks however one of their brewistas has a horrible attitude and not very great customer service. Make sure to steer clear from Mia, management needs to talk to her. Everyone else is great though!

The service, the friendliness are OFF, and always get my order wrong bc the music is way too loud. The girl who took our order was honestly unbelievable. She told another cashier to stop taking cash payments because she didn’t feel like counting the drawer—said it out loud right in front of us. No self awareness at all. I know they’re probably high school girls who don’t really care about the job, but there still have to be some basic rules in place. And why are all the smoothie flavors always “out” there’s a hundred flavors but they never have anything on their menu.

Macy and Jada are the best lane people ever. I had such a great experience and my snores mocha was amazing. I’d like to add the “EAGLE” made me drink it was pretty awesome I’d say so myself. Very politely handed me my drink and offered me a straw exceptional customer service

I came through on March 7th and Mackenzie was the employee that helped me in the drive thru. The service was great, she was very helpful and kind, and I got my drinks quickly. Definitely will be back!

The drinks were great as usual. I have never had anything less than great customer service at this location. The employees are always fast, efficient, and doing it with a smile! Kudos and keep up the great work!!
