7 Brew Coffee

I’m usually pretty routine but the coffee has been so good I had to try other flavors! They have not disappointed me yet! Also they have the best staff, always sweet and kind! The customer service literally makes that first sip so much more satisfying! Great job 7 brew!

I went to 7brew last night and while the coffee was great, I noticed there was only one girl running the stand. She took my order and she was very nice but then immediately sprinted to make my drink. I was behind a couple of cars and she had the same routine. When she to brought me my drink, I noticed one guy finally walking out to help after 15 minutes. This girl deserves a raise for picking up the slack of her lazy coworker.

The best coffee shop in town with the most fantastic staff! Grace runs a tight ship and is always incredibly kind and welcoming. We and our dogs make a stop at least once a week and it’s their favorite place.

I had been coming every now and then for a while and the service was always okay, which I understand they’re busy and their setup is kinda outside so I never thought much of it. But a couple of days ago I left with my drink, took ONE SIP OUT OF THE STRAW- and a BIG DETERIORATING BUG came up out of the straw. It was awful I freaked out and brought the drink back and showed them and they apologized but just gawked at me. They couldn’t get me a reimbursement for the drink, and they said they gave my info to the manager but I still haven’t heard anything :( Really disappointed at how they handled this and how unsanitary this location is. Check your drink first.

Used my reward today to get an iced 7energy with no ice. So I got handed one can of 7energy(not even poured in the cup) and a large cup of syrup flavor. Just pathetic.
