7 Brew Coffee

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at 7 Brew. The employees were rude while taking my order and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I asked for very light ice, and it has been made exactly the way I requested many times in the past. It seemed like the girl taking my order was not fully listening while I was explaining it. When I politely asked if my drink could be remade, they appeared irritated and didn’t want to be bothered. I have ordered this same drink before without any issues, so I know it can be done correctly.

Update Oct 24th 2025, I was not having the best day and I came to get a coffee. I should have gotten the girls name but she was the sweetest and really uplifted my spirit. She helped me pick a new drink to try. Thank you so much. Ive been coming for months but today it was so worth seeing you guys.

Only slightly addicted to the endless drink combos! Love the energy drinks. Go to's are Pink Mermaid, Boo Raspberry and Bahama Mama. Love the Brunette with pumpkin or peppermint. They are super sweet in general but you can order half sweet or 3/4 sweet to lessen the super sweet if you want. LOVE that they don't upcharge for addional flavors. Only extra if you add more sweet or extra cream than what normally co.es with!

My husband & I have been coming here since opening day & the experience is always great! The service is quick & friendly, & the whole team does an awesome job with Gabriel M always standing out! He always has a positive attitude, is hard-working, kind & we always enjoy getting to chat with him when we stop by! :)

I have converted!!! And super proud!!! I didn’t have to doctor the coffee in any way. It wasn’t too strong…. But JUST RIGHT!!! Glad I spotted this place and pulled in!!! This is my new favorite coffee shop and will definitely return!!! 🩷🩷🩷. I highly recommend this place!!!
