7 Brew Coffee

I love 7 Brew, and I’ve been a customer for about a year now. The other day, I ordered a drink from the location in Daytona Beach, and on the way home I took a sip and realized it just didn’t taste good. I was already on the highway, and there were no exits to turn around until DeLand. I stopped at the 7 Brew in DeLand and asked if they could swap out my drink. The worker initially agreed and took my drink inside. He then came back out and said he actually couldn’t, and then offered to dump my drink. I didn’t really know what to do or say since he was already holding my drink, and I already felt bad and uncomfortable for even asking to have it remade, so I just agreed. I then realized that was just wrong of them to do, because now I was out $7 and had no drink. I asked if I could at leas

Always go for good coffee and that bit of fun time at the drive thru. Its usually a pleasant expirence. Not this time. The young man that took our order was not really paying attention. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Then was distracted by someone in the store saying to him “you going home soon”. When he finally looked at us I repeated the order again and he said “I got you man”. Obviously he didn’t. While waiting up front for our coffees to come out two different young men were busy talk to each and not even noticing us. We got our 3 coffees, I ordered 3 coffee (2 with cream and 1 with coconut milk). When we got home two coffees was with skin milk and one with almond milk. Didnt enjoy this trip. The staff really need to pay attention a bit more. Maybe I got the staff at a bad time but

I asked for no ice matcha with lavender it doesn’t even taste like matcha or lavender was in it it also taste just completely watered down with some milk. I was so disappointed. They also did not give me a receipt i was there last night around 7:50pm February 24th at the 2597 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720 location

I have been coming to this location since it has opened. Everything has been great up until a couple months ago. I have been very upset with this and what I have seen. I have gone a couple of times. This young lady looks so heart broken. When is it ok to let your employees BULLY another employee. I have seen it and I have also ask this young girl is she was okay. Which she is not. I for one will not support a company that lets bully occur.

Pros: Fast Service: My order was ready quickly, even during a busy time. Friendly Staff: The employees were cheerful and helpful. Clean Facilities: The restaurant was well-maintained and tidy. Cons: Average Coffee: While the coffee was drinkable, it wasn't anything special. I found it a bit too weak. Overall: 7 Brew Coffee is a good option if you're looking for a quick and convenient caffeine fix. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, if you're a coffee connoisseur, you might want to try a different place.
