7 Brew Coffee

7 brew is delicious! I always get the sweet and salty! It never disappoints. It may be a little pricey, but the cups are way bigger than Starbucks! The experience is very fun to be in line with music the workers are also kind ! Definitely recommend coming 5 stars!!

I've ordered here so many times. I always order the exact same thing, a large cold brew, with an ounce of cream, and half their standard sweetness. 9/10 times It's made incorrectly. Usually, they add significantly more cream than I asked for and it comes out looking like a latte. This time, they put the wrong flavor in it. When I went back to have it remade I could hear baristas loudly say "I DONT KNOW WHAT HIS PROBLEM IS IT TASTES GREAT". I agree, the taste was good, it was however not the flavor I ordered. I am respectful every time I ask for the correction, and usually they are. They have become ruder and ruder with time and seem incapable of making a simple beverage at this point. I go here because I prefer the coffee's flavor to Viridian and White Buffalo and Starbucks. At this point

Very disappointed, went to my first 7brew in about 2018. Fell in love with the smooth 7. Needless to say it’s the only drink I’ve ever ordered from here. I’ve had many and I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste. About a year and a half ago I was super ecstatic to get it one close to home. Any the past six months they can’t make the same drink twice. two months ago I stopped in same thing taste like straight coffee not a smooth 7. I asked about it said something’s not right. They re made it and it still wasn’t right I told them something was wrong it doesn’t taste right. I was told that’s how it’s always been made(it’s not I’ve had many over the years). Decided to take break for a while and went in today to try one more time this time so sweet I couldn’t drink it. I give up.

I’m a faithful customer of 7brew, I visit here almost every day and have never had an issue out of any server I’ve come across, today that was different. I wanted to try something different this time and ordered a cappuccino, not knowing I had to add flavoring. I came back through the line and was approached by the rudest server ever. She treated me as if I were stupid for not knowing what came in the cappuccino, and was rude when I asked why it tasted like black coffee. I don’t know what her name was, but she was white with blonde hair and acne and worked on 12/28.

Worse experience of my life. On 1124 at 7:08 pm I literally for the first time had to reverse out of a drive thru because the right lane was stuck while the left lane people kept showing up and leaving with their drinks. Not one of the employees cold be bothered to come and get our drink orders which shows they do not care for their customers. Managers please check your cameras for accuracy we are in a big dually
