7 Brew Coffee

Our second time at a 7brew and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly customer service, great drinks and the option to make everything sugar-free. We also loved the question of the day! Will definitely go again.

Reached 1000 points, enough to get the free drink, and asked for a large seven energy with cold foam and light ice. Not only did they bring out the wrong size, the drink tasted wrong. When I told them it was supposed to be a large they acted like I was lying. When they finally brought out the right size, there was no cold foam and there was ice from the bottom to the top of the cup. Rude, petty, and terrible service after a mistake that THEY made.

White girl with blonde ponytail did not want to be there or properly take orders. I usually don’t go in the morning but at night and it’s obvious the morning team doesn’t want to be there. Then had the nerve to get my order wrong and give me an abundance of straws. How about get my order right instead of giving me an abundance million straws!

Gracie helped me a couple days ago ,and had the nasties attitude ever and shouldn’t be allowed to work in customer service esp at a place that preaches kindness. I used to love going here idk what happened. I will be going to a different location from now on!!

First visit and will definitely be back. Had the raspberry truffle macchiato and the Georgia peach iced tea and both were very yummy 😋
