7-Eleven

It would’ve been nice to see one of the three people who I could only assume were managers or owners behind the counter help the one cashier they had working a rush alone. She did an amazing job, but for the other three there appear to be a serious lack of customer service focus. More worried about counting money and lotto tickets than they are on serving customers. I’m not even sure why someone would pick a busy time to count money on the floor in front of customers to begin with. Honestly, it doesn’t seem safe.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Accidentally pulled off without my receipt for deluxe carawash, came right back to the store and they claimed there was nothing they could do for me. What a lazy joke. I’m sure they could’ve honored the $14.00 dollars I spent and just let me get my car wash, but they’d rather lose a good paying honest customer who frequents their establishment. Will never and I mean never shop at 7-11 again, thanks to these imbiciles. Would rather give the money to WaWa. Way better product any way!

The cashier with the nose ring and messy hair should be fired, he/she is rude and gives poor service. Also the bathroom is nasty and the food is never fresh when he is there. My receipt which I always have to ask for says Maestro was the cashier. Horrible!

There is a young lady here in the rush hour morning that always has the place smelling like a home kitchen with all hot fresh and ready food and no delay. She better be above the manager!

Rarely I come in this gas station but when I do it’s always clean, snacks are hot or pre made and it’s organized. Greeted at the door and every time. I hope everyone’s experience here is as good as mines.
