7 noodle & sizzling

The sizzling steak plate brings back the childhood memories of Taiwan night market! Highly recommended. The fried tofu is very soft inside and crispy outside! It’s not a big and fancy restaurant, but it brings the taste and flavors all the way through the Pacific Ocean!

The steak is incredibly tender and juicy, with a rich and flavorful black pepper sauce. Easily the best Chinese-style steak I’ve ever had.

I have now frequented 7 Noodles and Sizzling for about a year now. I work just down the street and have also gotten to know the owners. They are so nice and friendly and you can tell they have passion for their food and the customers that come in. I have been there so often that they already know my order before I sit down :). On cold rainy weather, the beef noodle just hits the spot! I am from Taiwan myself and this is hands down the only place in the Bay Area that has that authentic taste to it. Not too oily, not too spicy, flavorful soup flavor. The thick noodles are to just die for. And the tenderness of the beef is just fantastic. Our office came here for a birthday lunch. We all had noodles which were delicious - very tasty broth and tender meat. The owner is very kind and accommodating as well. A little hidden gem!

Very tasty and there aren't many places serving the sizzling plates. The black pepper flavor is good. The steak is meaty. I wish it was a little more tender but pretty good for the price.
