85°C Bakery Cafe-Brea

Officially Grand Opening this weekend. So much more varieties and price is the best around this area for pastries and drinks. I am so happy 85 Bakery is finally soft opening at Brea plaza this week. Their cake tastes delicious and price is also super reasonable. What a nice great location to have them around.

There is no system for making drinks for this store. It depends on what the drink makers can remember. If you order coffee with 1/2 sugar, it can be one with full sugar or…… But if you ask, they would say they did follow the instructions immediately defensively. They don’t use labels! Don’t you think they should put the labels on the drinks as the other stores do? So to let the customers know what they are getting?

The teas here don't taste like tea they taste like cream. They add so much cream that it doesn't taste good at all. The cashiers don't know what they are doing, neither does the so called manager. I don't think the personal got any training The only thing good is the bread

I literally ordered 2 things and the girl didn't remember to pack one of them in my box. Good thing I checked before leaving parking lot. When going back to inform her of the error, what an unpleasant person Food here is great, personnel not so much...very Rude!!!

The employees here never pay attention to u don't even bother making an online order it will not be ready. If u order bread they don't do anything for it make you grab everything yourself. Management please train your employees to have better customer service acknowledge customers and be attentive this place is not the problem it is the employees.
