Customer Reviews
Its a cute Cafe with different pastries and drinks! The prices are very reasonable👏Milk teas are limited. I've tried pastries and they are decent. The matcha one was a little dry doe 😠 I got this sea salt coffee which was mid, it was salty alright, the coffee itself was good. I also got the Vietnamese coffee which was too strong as a coffee lover 😔 (still drank it all bc it looked good and I ain't wasting money 🤑) the staff are friendly and nice and you get your order quick which is a plus. I would definitely come back to try the cakes!
Shanna at 85°C Bakery Café is absolutely wonderful! She is super friendly, kind, and welcoming, and her customer service truly goes above and beyond. She made the experience feel warm and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s employees like Shanna who make customers want to come back again and again. Thank you for such great service!
We had the terimusu. Not your traditional style but just as good! Not your usual bakery Lots of pastries to choose from. Great atmosphere. Definitely a must try when in San Leandro.
Found this nice place while visiting relatives which we frequently visited. It’s an Asian bakery chain from Taiwan (so I’m told). There were a variety of interesting pastries. My favourite were these mini milk cubes which were absolutely deliciously creamy especially with some lovely hot tea. I didn’t like the milk Oolong tea. The milk was too creamy for this type of tea and overpowered the taste. We also tried the matcha, custard and milk pastry, they were mediocre apart from the milk pastry which we also liked. Pastries are very soft, light and fluffy, makes you want to gobble up more! Seating area is spacious, there’s about 4 tables so makes it easy to manoeuvre strollers and wheelchairs. Only downside is, there are no customer washrooms. Not ideal especially if customers dine in.
The quality of food has decreased. The Danish barely had any cream cheese in it. They no longer have the cinnamon twists! I asked one of the food preparers about it and she sarcastically told me they were discontinued six months ago. I wonder what else has been discontinued. The mango slushes are still very good.
