Great location, excellent service from Miranda. Mark is something else and can stay to himself. He acted like I wasn't sitting at the bar for 30 minutes after the first drink and menu. Miranda realized and acted promptly and willingly to serve. Mark i get it, you see a new face at "your" bar counter you dont know how its gonna go in regards to tip, please give service regardless. It was very distasteful, worst when I called out to you a few inches away from me. Its not the hardest thing in the world to acknowledge someone at your bar and you failed miserably. Thank you Miranda for stepping in and accepting my money. Them stars are for you alone not Mark.

I'm simply not coming here anymore. Firstly, The 99 was a staple growing up, and I've seen it really deteriorate over the years. Lack luster service, mediocre food quality, smaller portions....and somehow the prices are almost as much as local upscale restaurants with quality chef-prepared food??? I really think it's so much more worth it to go to another place in the area for a good meal.

My complaint is the person answering the Togo orders today at 1:52pm 12/20/25. Let’s be consistent. 4 days ago I Order chicken Caesar wrap with french fries. 10 Days ago, I order chicken Caesar wrap with french fries. In the past, I’ve ordered chicken Caesar wrap with french fries. At the same location. Whether it’s on the menu or not, they’ve always made The order. Especially considering all the other wraps they offer. But this particular individual didn’t wanna go the extra mile and ask if they could make it. Just said “no” It’s not on the menu. Being in the restaurant, business myself and understanding customer relations, you would have figured this individual would have as well. Just be consistent. Unfortunately, this individual soured me from this location. Happy holidays!

Had a great in-person experience recently and our waitress was so kind and amazing! However, our takeout experience was a little disappointing. We felt as though for the price we were pretty ripped off with the amount of food provided and the quality.

The place was dirty. The table was sticky. The waitress brushed some crumbs of on the floor. I order some fish and scallops from a menue on the table. There where 4 venues. The waitress said it was only avaliable on certain days. I ordered the fish and chips. The order came out quickly. It was fine. The waitress came once during meal and I waved her done when had finished.
