They help you organize and document your expenses, and provide both physical and digital copies of all your records. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and honest — they’ll tell you right away if something can’t be done or isn’t correct. I really appreciate their professionalism and transparency. I had Bianca helping me, but I'm sure the whole staff is qualify to help you. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been doing our taxes for the last 3 years with Bianca Vasquez. We can’t thank her enough. Bianca did an exceptional job at preparing our income tax returns. Prior to having her prepare my taxes, I did research and read many great reviews regarding this company. All of the reviews indicated that this company is outstanding - I concur. She is professional, accurate, and expedient. She communicated with us on several occasions in order to ensure that all was in order regarding our tax returns. I highly recommended this company.

I had my tax return done today 4/4/23 at this place recommended by a good friend of mine George D. I usually don’t do reviews but I think this place deserves definitely one from me in today’s experience. First big thanks to the lady in the front who called me back that someone was ready to do my taxes. Of note couple of hours of wait which is expected. That someone who did my tax return was Ms. Bianca Vasquez. And what a pleasant lady to talk to! She was very nice and professional, very attentive to my tax documents and in my opinion very knowledgeable. I’m confident my tax return was done right. I have been a Customer of A2Z for more than 10 years but due to the pedantic way that Mrs. Marilu. Treated us I have decided to look for another place to do my taxes. She treated us the worst simply because she was tired but that is not my fault. I think that as a client I have been for more than 10 years I deserve respect. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It took 50 minutes for them to help me meanwhile one of the ladies at the office was just checking her phone, checking her personal mail and stepping out to the restroom and grabbing coffee. Don't know exactly if she didn't know how to do the service I was requesting but at least it should had been clear to me why was the reason she was just sitting there. I was about walk out since what kind of professionalism is that. But it took me 30 minutes to get there ( wasted gas) so I was just patience for the bad service. The reason I given them 4 star is due to once Bianca took me in she did an amazing job. My suggestion will be let your customer know who can exactly do what.
