A friend and I went to the Thanksgiving buffet and it was great! Unfortunately we got there late but the staff still had our table reservation set up and ready. They were very kind and courteous. The food was delicious and consisted of a very wide selection. Overall, we enjoyed the experience! I highly recommend them.

Was considering it for my wedding reception. Quite pricey. Decided to go elsewhere.

Staff & Food was Great. Owner is awful, Communication is awful, he showed the venue on my wedding day and stated "well it had not started yet" it was 2 hrs prior to my wedding! It was a outside wedding and there was no lawnscaping done! And we hade to pick up sticks (I had a lace dress!) The beer was dated 2022 and Feb/May 2023. He told us to "Hurry up" and get our drinks. He made my wedding coordinator cry and put her in a full panic attack. And offered us a whole $300 refund. DO NOT USE!

We had a very bad experience with AA Executive Catering. 10 days prior to our reception I ordered and paid online for 5 pans of Macaroni and Cheese to be picked up (the website says 72 hour notice). When our friend went to pick it up an hour before the reception they were closed. Someone was there but said they were returning from an event and had no other orders. Meanwhile not knowing what to do while our guests are waiting to eat we had to order Mac N Cheese and pay more at another restaurant who got it done in 45 minutes when we told them the story (life saver). I called the next day, the manager wouldn't even talk to me about it, she said the owner was in. He asked me for proof of my purchase and if I can email him the confirmation, didn't even attempt to look it up like he didn't bel

DO NOT USE "AA EXECUTIVE CATERING" ever. The owner is a heartless rip off artist. They are located at 5211 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708. They have taken $1,500.00 from us which includes a $500 deposit. I do not and never expected the deposit back but is refusing to refund the additional $1,000.00. My fiance and I both lost our jobs recently and we're unable to pay for the rest of the wedding. The only way to keep our wedding going is by losing the catering. We were fine with losing the deposit but to not refund the additional money that we paid to them in good faith prior to us losing our jobs is ridiculous. We weren't even using there location so they were more than able to book other occasions at there location. They were out absolutely no money, yet the owner will not return
