Update: The response is very concerning, seeing that full services were paid for in October 2025 and my returns are just now being filed in February 2026. Some type of accountability would have made me consider this an honest mistake instead of negligence. My concerns are very valid due to the following: • Returns not filed • False statements about filing • Improper conduct • Failure to exercise due diligence • Misrepresentation of payment arrangements. I trusted this firm to prepare and file my tax returns, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I paid for services and was repeatedly told my returns had been filed when they had not.
