Abuela's Tacos

The food was spectacular. DEEP flavor. Amazing flavor combinations. Fresh. Martin was a great server. Polite and efficient. Nice hidden gem on Collins Ave. I wish I lived in Miami so I can come back again and again!

Go here. Order the Ribeye Tacos. They will change your life. I'm still dreaming about them!!! The meat was so tender and melted in my mouth. The Cochinita Pibil tacos were also a hit, the pork was so flavorful and juicy. In fact, the pork was a little too juicy and leaked through the tortilla, causing it to fall apart, making them impossible to eat. As soon as we brought it to the attention of our incredible waitress, Juliana, she immediately had them remade, and the ones she brought back were perfect. We also had the Elotes and the Fried Calamari as appetizers, and boy did they hit the spot. The elote was crisp, tangy, and delicious, and the squid tasted so fresh with a hint of brine beneath the outer shell of fried crunchy goodness. Yum! The place was really nice, vibes great. We all had tacos that enjoyed. Guacamole was absolutely delicious. I had the tacos al pastor which are delicious too. Franco was our server and served us well. I do have to say service was a tad slow but they seemed busy. A little expensive but that’s Miami Beach for you. Overall a nice stop and would recommend

Not sure if I saw a sign for this place, may have just missed it, but it was obvious on the street. It was really delicious, especially the elotes! Kind waiter and well taken care of. Everything was tasty and it was a nice place to people watch.

Loved loved the food!! Starting from the smell I already knew it was going to be good so good couldn’t even wait to take photos. As a Latina couldn’t recommend it more!! Julianna was super helpful and the food was super quick as well.
