Acapulcos Mexican Family Restaurant & Cantina

We have been going to Acapulco's for years - great food and atmosphere. The servers are always friendly and food and drinks arrive quickly. We both ordered a shrimp dish for our entrees and they were out of this world! We definitely plan to try more of the dishes on the menu on our next visit.

You know what's bad? The fact that my take out order didn't come with utensils nor napkins. I had to run down from my hotel room on the third floor and I was exhausted from all my travels. You know what's even worse? The fact they didn't give me lime wedges with my taco order. And you know what's even worse than that? That I left a 5 dollar tip on a 19 dollar take out order. Completely a waste of time. I was expecting a lovely evening of relaxation after eating some authentic tacos, but these guys don't have their take out protocols and steps of service in place. Btw, if you have intolerances or allergies, don't go here. They don't know what ingredients are in their food, and I feel that perhaps they thought I was a nuisance and purposely destroyed my experience by half assing basic et

I think average is as fair of a score I can give it. I’d give it a 2.5 stars if I could to make it really even. The chips and salsa were, Mexican restaurant average. Chips were warm which was I happy about, and the salsa was standard Mexican restaurant salsa. I ordered guacamole and they asked if I wanted the jalapeños, yes I wanted the jalapeños haha. The guac was too chunky for me, some people may like the chunky almost salad-like guac, I just prefer the thick creamy type of guac. So the guac is just……okay to me. Now let’s talk about the main course. I did your standard 3 tacos with steak. Came with rice and beans. The rice and refried beans are like ALL Mexican restaurants rice and refried beans, nothing special at all just the bland rice with the beans and a lil cheese on top. The taco

i have been going since i was a-little girl, with my family. I’ve always stuck to getting what i know. Overall, i absolutely love the rice and the food. I always get extra rice. i love the staff and totally recommend it to anyone in the area, this will forever be my favorite restaurant.

Came here a quick bite to eat. Food was good and staff was friendly. Ordered a beef empanada and steak fajitas that’s came with rice and beans. Also ordered a jalapeno margarita. Staff brought out house chips and salsa to get us started.
