My wait time was minimal—about 10 minutes—and the entire process was quick and efficient, taking roughly another 10 minutes. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly throughout. PLEASE update your business hours officially with Google. I went by at 1:30pm today on my only break of the day and your door was locked with no indication that you'd closed early. I only finally discovered your hours changed 5 whole months ago because you responded to another person's comment that you're understaffed and now are only open 9am-1pm. Please update Google so more people don't waste their time and drive over if you're closed.

Seems like he’s annoyed by people wanting to employ him. I’d rather drive out of my way than do business with someone who’s so rude and inconvenienced by paying customers. Especially since I’m overly nice, literally no reason to be salty to me so ya, maybe hire someone else to talk to people since it’s not your strong suit. UPDATE* I can assure you I’m NOT a customer because of the two times I called to make sure the service was preformed there (after misleading online info at other places) to which I was greeted with an annoyed man both times. In fact, I had forgotten I had called this number a couple weeks back until the man answered and I remembered it all again. The phone was answered with “ya?” How would I even know it was a business? Got fingerprinted here for the BON. You send your form to an email connected to a printer there, they print it out for you, and roll your fingerprints and you're good to go. I was done in less than 15 minutes and that's with me needing to resend the form. When I left there were suddenly three people lined up and it's just the one guy, so obv I got lucky with the timing, but still. Straightforward, easy, no complaints.
