Acropolis Diner

I ordered fish and chips, rice pudding , and a large milk on uber eats just now. I wanted to give 5 stars across the board because the food was good but I had issues with my order. Fish and Chips: How come you only give 1 tartar sauce cup for a fish and chips platter? 1 was barely enough for one of the fish pieces. You gave me 3 fish pieces. 1 tartar sauce cup is not enough. If you have given two I'm not even mentioning this. I think it's completely unreasonable to give someone 1 small tartar sauce cup for an entire fish & chips meal. Other than that it was good. Rice pudding: I ordered rice pudding but it wasn't in the bag. I was excited to eat that. I got a refund on uber eats. Large Milk: I'm paying $4 for a cup of milk. Can you please fill it to the line next time. Thank you.

Great traditional east coast USA Greek diner food! If you crave liver & onions like I do, this is the place! Also great salad and dolmas and gyros. Lovely, welcoming staff.

Food is delicious, service? the waitress need to pay more closer attention to customer needs. But food is delicious.

I love diners and this was my first time at the Acropolis. We were meeting a friend there for supper. This was a nice place to do so. The Acropolis is a cozy place. It is full of warm brown wooden booths, with a few tables. The ladies who were working were very friendly and accommodating - we were unable to use a booth and the hostess kindly let us move to a table. We were there around 7 p.m. and the diner was quiet, although there were a few other people in the place. This is not a bad thing at all. The Acropolis has a pretty decent and varied menu including burgers, soups, sandwiches, and breakfast items. I got the Greek burger with onion rings while my fiancé got a club sandwich. One friend got French onion soup and another also got a burger. My burger was very good - it was dressed

I ordered a beef gyro. It was served burnt, dry and unseasoned. When I called to share my experience, no one was available and I left my number. I never received a call back. When I followed up, they said, “Oh well. It is what it is.” Spend your money elsewhere.
