Amy is the heart and soul of this place! Anyone who bakes as many cinnamon rolls as she does has to have a warm heart and you sense that the moment you walk into her little country store. This was Nebraska Passport stop number 24 for us this year and one of our absolute favorites. Among other yhings, we took the last batch of Peanut Butter Candy cookies and snacked on them on the way to our next stop. Good stuff fore sure!

I loved this place so much! We stopped in on our southeast NE loop of the NE passport, and we all left saying it was one of favorite stops yet (and we've gotten all 70 2 years in a row). The store is just the cutest, the owner is incredibly friendly, there are picnic tables with free coffee to enjoy with your treats, and tons of kitties playing around outside! Pretty much my very favorite things ever. We got cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, cupcakes, and cookies and they were all AMAZING and extremely well priced. I can't stress enough how worth it the trip out there is.

After a beautiful drive through the rolling countryside pulling up to this quaint country bakery felt like a step back to a slower time. Great signage to let us know we were in the right spot and well maintained parking. Yummy sweet treats lined the shelves and the shop owners personality will have you smiling by the time you leave. Picnic tables available to enjoy your treats immediately and relax in the country before hitting the road again.

Adeline’s is truly a unique gem, tucked away in rural Nebraska. Upon driving into the little farmstead, we all said “Wow!” It’s so charming and beautifully maintained. The shop itself is cozy and full of so many baked goodies, displayed among country chic decor and gifts. We chose a 4 pack of cinnamon rolls, which were delicious. Amy is so kind and welcoming, and it’s apparent how much she loves baking and warm hospitality. I will go out of my way to stop here again!

Amy...we so enjoyed stopping by this morning! The scones were out of this world and we have so much deliciousness left. Thank you for your wonderful little paradise in the country. As we were leaving, the Rooster's crow made it even better! Thanks, girl!! Jim & Sandy Amos
