ADL Delivery - Atlanta

Had a great experience with ADL. Ordered a bumper from Jacksonville, FL and received it two days later in Knoxville, TN. Really good and speed service, driver was nice too. Thank you guys.

I would recommend an un-trained courier pigeon before recommending ADL to another person or company. I've used them for my business for over a year and have had more problems than I can count. Their website gives you the ability to select pick up times for outbound deliveries, but according to customer service, they don't even have the ability to see the time selected. Then, IF a driver comes by at all, he comes by too early and when the shipment isn't ready, it's our fault. If they miss a pick up, they don't come back. This company has cost me business from long term customers. When calling customer service, they apologize and tell me that they're telling their area manager. Then I never get a call back and nothing changes. 1 star is being generous.

Would use again. Driver had a small issue locating the shop, a simple phone call and my package was delivered in less than 5 minutes.

Hands down one of the worst delivery companies I have ever worked with. NEVER on time!
