Agave & Lime Tex-Mex

Every single item we tried was the best version of that food we’ve ever had, it was absolutely unreal! The rice and beans, elote, fajitas, and nutella churros were our highlights tonight, but we’ll be back to keep trying more of the menu. So much care was put into this restaurant that it shows on every level; I’m recommending this to everyone!

I took my kids in for dinner one night and the whole experience was wonderful! The menu is full of great options and it was honestly hard to decide, everything sounded delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. Food came out hot and fast! It was pretty busy the evening we were in and everything went great! The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all 5 stars for sure! This was definitely a step above all the mexican restaurants in the area. Loved the american options that had the mexican twist. Good variety for even the pickiest eaters.

What an amazing first impression. My wife and I along with some family friends went tonight and had such a great experience. Service was great. The lime margaritas were very flavorful. I loved the orange slice with the lime slices. I order the wing combo (Agave Buffalo sauce) + 2 queso birria tacos. The wings were some of the best I've ever had and it was all because of the sauce. Holy cow, it should be bottled and sold. My wife had chicken/steak tacos but the shells were made from cheese instead of tortilla. Again, unreal how good it was. Everything was fresh. The place was pretty busy but the food didnt take too long and the owner even came around to thank us for coming and talked to us about how he came up with some of his creations. This place is a gem. We always say shop local. M

I missed the ribbon cutting at 4pm but I didnt miss the Deliciousness ! On the evening of their grand opening , ribbon cutting, I stopped into Maroa's newest eatery on Main and the latest local eatery from Marcos Fuentes ( Smackin Tacos, and Spreadin Buns).. Melissa started me with the chips n salsa. The salsa was tasty... super sweet, and then mild on the spicy ,(but the ingredients tasted nice n fresh) next, I went straight for the entrees. I had a pair of burritos...one chicken and one beef. YUM ! The queso spread over these was awesome. I ate the chicken one and saved the beef for.later. ...cuz i wanted some dessert... fried churro- bites with chocolate ice cream (and whipped cream) hit the spot. ... so good. .. ..oh, did I mention the tequila? Went this weekend with my husband and our 6‑year‑old, and we’re already ready to come back! We didn’t get any pictures because everything looked so good—we just dug right in. We had the queso, the Ultimate Burrito, and the wings (pineapple mango habanero)/birria tacos combo, and the flavors were amazing! Our server, Chelsey, was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.! Keep up the great work Marcos!!
