Agaves Mexican Grill

Delicious authentic Mexican food! Not tex-mex. The Carne Asada street tacos are my favorite from this place! Been here a few times in the last couple months and just love it!

Offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for gatherings with friends and family. The decor is authentic, and there’s plenty of room for groups. I give the atmosphere five stars for its inviting ambiance. The food is fresh and flavorful, deserving 4 stars. While everything was tasty, there’s a bit of room for improvement in some dishes. The service is efficient and friendly, earning 5 stars. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, making sure our dining experience was enjoyable. The margaritas are strong but still delicious—definitely a highlight. The restaurant is also very clean and accommodating for families, offering high chairs for babies. Place was pretty good. Went here on a whim. Due to the storm that rolled in, we lost power and decided on this restaurant. There appeared to only be two servers working the whole floor. They did a great job given the amount of people there to eat. They give chips and salsa while you wait for food. Salsa has a mild kick to it. But nothing bad, our 3yr old ate it fine. Food portions were large, and I really enjoyed my meal (vegetarian burrito bowl). All in all it was decent. You will need to bring things for your children to do. They do not have a kids menu, it’s on the adult menu.

Wow! All I can say is wow. What a hidden gem. Not a fancy place, but that's not why I go somewhere. I go for the food. And did Agaves shine in this category! Delicious homemade salsa with chips ( not sure if the chips were homemade, but they were warm) were brought while we looked over the menu. We were there after lunch, but before dinner so there weren't many others. Service was quick, food was brought way quicker than I expected, and the waiter was polite but not chatty. He brought our meals (with changes to the menu description) before we had time to work through the salsa and chips. The burrito I had was the biggest I had ever had and was so delicious! My companion had ordered a meal with 2 burritos and those were smaller, but still way more than they could finish. We bot
