Aja Food Trucks Bird Rd

Possibly the worst $19 dollar spent. Just this plate was $19 for soggy greasy over seasoned meat. I could’ve made this myself and it would’ve had better quality and taste….. the worst part is the price!

I had a great experience at this food truck! Alessandra took care of my order and did an amazing job. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Excellent service and delicious food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect to go with some friends, enjoy different food options, good prices and have a good time. Top tier Venezuelan and Colombian food. Mention that they didn’t have chicharrones or patacones available. I’ve tried other food trucks with the same style, and to be honest they have good competition over here. I’m coming back for sure 100%.

Best Colombian and Venezuelan food truck there is! They’re so fast with your food! And always helpful, I’m always leaving with a smile on my face with the best food. Will forever recommend them :))

I stopped by Ajá Food Truck late in the evening, and even though they were getting ready to close, Juan and Johelys went out of their way to take care of me. They whipped up some of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and made with obvious care. What stood out even more was the service. Despite the late hour, both Juan and Johelys were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their dedication to great food and customer service really makes Ajá Food Truck something special. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu. If you’re looking for a place with delicious food and warm hospitality, this is it!
