JAVIER provided excellent, low-key yet attentive service. We ordered the arroz Chaufa with lightly breaded swai fish that was delicious. My clásico Che I he came with a passionfruit sauce that was incredible. The portion size was bigger than expected with excellent quality food and a beautiful upscale presentation. The restaurant is decorated in modern Caribbean style with not too much stuff going on the full bar offers high top seating and the seats are accessible for other tables. The accessible restrooms are shared with Fords restaurant and are really cool because the sinks look like tires and gas pumps. The dedicated stall has two grab bars and a 4’ x 3’ space The bar seats are high top, and other tables are accessible. Menus are included in a booklet with paper, light, menus, and d

Been eating Peruvian food all my life. I had high hopes. It’s a good restaurant but didn’t hit the high expectations I had. That being said, it’s good Peruvian for St Pete and good enough I don’t need to drive to Tampa for the better restaurants. Anticuchos were fantastic. Tiradito was great. The trio ceviche is really good and good value. The lomo saltado unfortunately didn’t land. It want saucy enough and missed on flavor.

This is not going to be a super popular post because everyone seems to love this place. Kevin and I have been twice for lunch now, once in November and today. Before I forget to say this, for all of those who like to sit at the bar, every single bar stool rocks back and forth. I tested them all before we left. In November we were very excited, having just returned from Peru, to check this place out. Our favorite drink in Peru was not the Pisco Sour as it is just too cloying, but was the Chilcano (pisco, ginger ale and lime juice basically). Our first trip to Aji, we ordered the Chilcano and it was awful. For some strange reason they added passion fruit and all of these fruit garnishes. Definitely not what we expected. We also had picked out a bunch of dishes that we wanted to try and for

A very well put together peruvian restaurant to visit if you are in the area with lots of great menu options. While our visit on a quiet and slow Friday afternoon were enjoyable, it does have some flaws. Atmosphere - 10/10: When you walk in, you will get to enjoy a mix of sophiscated modern restaurant (bar, TV) vibe with a hint of peruvian decoration, which make the whole experience felt genuien. Service - 6/10 (please note that this may be a standalone incident to our visits and may not reflect your actual experience so don't let this stop you from going to the restaurant and enjoy the food): A stark contrast between the two server that we got for our table. After being led to our table, our fist waitress drop off the menu, introduced herself and immediately left our table to attend to

I'm not the biggest ceviche person, so this review won’t focus on that—I'll leave that to the true fans. But even as someone who doesn’t naturally gravitate toward ceviche, I found a lot to appreciate here. Ambiance: Beautiful space—modern, chic, and the kind of stylish atmosphere you’d expect in Vegas or Miami. It instantly sets the tone for a great night out. Service: Friendly and welcoming, though I do wish the staff explained the menu a bit more. I’m not very familiar with Peruvian cuisine, so some additional guidance beyond “it’s delicious” or “it’s popular” would’ve made the experience even better. Food: • Anticuchero – Mixed seafood ceviche with grilled octopus. Even as a casual ceviche eater, I thought it was solid. • Tampa Pabla Y Fuego – A grilled platter with chicken, steak,
