Ajo Cafe

Wow so this is like an old time cafe as you see in the movies! Cheerful & very helpful servers, great food ( liver & onions, yay!!) Good assortment, abd delivered in a timely manner. We sat at the counter as all the tables were full, although there's a fairly steady stream of folks going in & out. I get the attraction, it feels like a community spirit & the two wait staff were pretty cool and really nice to my teens. I recommend!!

If you love blueberry pancakes, you absolutely have to try them at Ajo Cafe. These are hands-down the best blueberry pancakes I’ve ever had. They’re perfectly fluffy, loaded with real blueberries, and cooked just right so the edges have that slight golden crisp while the inside stays soft and light. The flavor is amazing—even before you add syrup. You can tell they use quality ingredients and actually care about the food they serve. The whole experience was great too. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and the kind of breakfast that makes you want to come back the next weekend. If you’re anywhere near Tucson and craving breakfast, don’t miss the blueberry pancakes at Ajo Café. They’re worth the trip all by themselves.

Picture this its a busy morning people out the door , its a sit yourself service but all the servers are happy to tell you whichever sit and they'll clean it up for you with a smile and very speedy service. I was genuinely very surprised by the atmosphere of the workers :) Our Server Max was very attentive . The food came out hot and fresh! Felt like we only waited 10 minutes since ordering too which was crazy for a busy day. Definitely recommend this place!

The wait staff was awesome. So attentive and efficient. I ordered chicken fried steak with hash browns and 2 over medium eggs. The eggs were cooked to perfection. My son had corned beef hash with scrambled eggs. We were both cry satisfied. I took a piece of coconut cream pie home. It was the best. I want to go back just for pie. We will definitely go back for a meal soon.
