AJ's Bakery & Donuts

Yeah....I know there are limited places to grab a doughnut and coffee and go?........ but I'd skip this place,COLD DOUGHNUT? AT 8 am? And the bread was cold? But for some reason "sweating" underneath, it also tasted "raw" 🤢 Grose......no thank you..........no thank you..........

I recently visited AJ's Bakery & Donuts and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I inquired about the pricing, I learned that the bakery does not display prices, which felt quite unprofessional. It seemed like the employee charged whatever she felt like without clear communication. To make matters worse, I was met with a dismissive attitude when I raised my concerns. I believe transparency in pricing and good customer service are essential, and I didn't feel that was upheld during my visit. I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.

This is the only donut shop in town otherwise I'd go elsewhere. The donuts are very airy and don't have much bread inside but I could still put up with that if I really want donuts. The main problem with this shop is that they are seemingly always closed during the day even though their open sign is on. Right now, (1pm on a Wednesday) their open sign is turned on, Google says they are open, there is a sign on the door saying they'd be back by 12:20, and yet here I am donutless and disappointing my six-year-old. This happens regularly. Its a total gamble to drive or walk here because you never know when they'll be open. The only good thing I can say is that the workers are very very nice. They just need to be more professional about their business hours and door signs.

The donuts are really good, the bread is impeccable and overall everything in this place is so good.
