Customer service amazing. The owner /management bad seems like if he doesn’t like your vibe you are not welcomed. The staff is so welcoming but the owner needs to be better. As it is there was no people . Being a person in charge doesn’t mean to be rude to people whom are spending at your establishment. Be better

If you want to really have a good night because you want to sing, don't come here!!!! I have gone everywhere else, and the kareoke places respect your order that you signed up. I came to have fun, but the supposed Kareoke Djs ruined it. My table consumed a good amount, and they decided to skip whoever they wanted to. They skipped me only because I didn't want to sing alone, and I signed up my husband. So, their excuse of skipoing me was that he had already gone. When I signed up. I RESPECTED THAT THE supposed Dj who looks for the song for the Kareoke that you want to sing was singing in the background when I signed up. I wanted to ask her if she had my song. Out of respect, I left. But they do not even respect. They let others go twice. I had never gone at all before. I was so respectful

WORST PLACE EVER TO HAVE A GOOD TIME SINCE I PARKED THE GENERAL MANAGER OR COOWNER WHATEVER HIS FACE IS HAD A MOODY AND ANGRY FACE TOWARDS ME. I WALKED OVER THE STAGE TO TOUCH THE MICROPHONE AND PUT MY PHONE TO CHARGE IN AN OUTLET BY THE STAGE. ALSO BTW I PLACE MY PURSE BY THE POOL AND HE WAS VERY UPSET ABOUT ME BEING BY THE STAGE. NO EMPATHY OR KINDNESS. THEIR STAFF HAVE A SLOGAN ON THEIR SHIRT SAYING BE NICE OR LEAVE. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.

Best karaoke bar in Laredo!! I've only ever had a good time here and highly recommend this place if you're looking to let loose and have fun.
