Akeno Sushi Bar@ Old Town

This restaurant is like have 3 restaurants in one. The bar in the front has a 50s feel , the dining in the center has a elegant up scale look. The sushi bar in the bar has a classy simple look. Now the food, goes from upscale to classic presentation. Yes it tastes great. Its a fusion asian restaurant, done right.

Had a super great time at Akeno. I would highly recommend the Premium Nigiri platter which came with everything you'd want in a Nigiri combination. We also tried the Red Dragon roll, the spider roll, double toro roll - which was excellent. I tried the Toki sidecar cocktail which was also great. The prices to me were very reasonable for what we ate. Would try again. Overall very great.

Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe! The wait staff was incredibly nice and attentive—they even helped me charge my phone behind the bar, which I really appreciated. The food was very fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back with friends for happy hour or dinner soon!
