Akres on the Pier

My husband and I happened upon Akres on the Pier on October 3, 2025. We walked into this beautiful setting, both inside and out. The service was top notch and the food delicious! I have been meaning to write this review for weeks. Typically, a “random place” would have been forgotten by now but not Akres. The gal who waited on us is also part owner and such a delight. She shared personal stories relating to the menu and her family. We were drawn in and felt like family by the time we left. We are still thinking about the wonderful food and the way we felt while spending time here. Thank you Akres! Well Done! We look forward to returning soon.

Σας ευχαριστώ 🙏🏻 all aspects of our experience were great! Authentic food, real attention to client! Jeep, our wait person, was nice and very attentive to our experience. In a place where a foreigner like me struggles for a real meal and real food with the plus of it being good, this was a blessing. Wine selection was very nice also. Almost forgot! Our meal selections were a scallop risotto and pear & Gorgonzola salad ending with baklava and chocolate cheesecake all GF🤩

Some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had, period. The hummus and tzatziki were perfectly made and not too overwhelming. Each meal in my group was delicious, however the deconstructed baklava was the highlight. The pistachio ice cream is made in house and it was so so delicious! Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and overall a great experience.

Amazing atmosphere, and prices go hand in hand with it. The food is amazing and well seasoned, but the portions vary heavily depending on what you order. My father got a steak and said it was more well done than medium. I got the scallop risotto which was delicious but a rather small portion. Good little date night spot or special occasion restaurant with plenty of seating and a bar if you're 21! There is also an amazing view of the bay.

This place is a gorgeous spot on the water with excellent views. Stopped in just to stare at the water and they happened to have an amazing HH (M-F 2-5pm). Great basic Caesar salad $10 and $6 house wine with views. They have WiFi and it wasn’t too busy. Server was friendly. Definitely want to come back and check out more menu items.
