Al Dente Fresh Pasta Co.

A great place for fresh pasta dishes. We had lunch and the service was good and the food even better. They seem to be able to customize the menu and have many options. The popadelle Alfredo was amazing and my chicken parm was the best I’ve had in a long time. A bit too much sauce but really good. My sister had the vodka sauce was fantastic. Very disappointed in the dessert items. Stick to the cupcakes. The pizza looked good, can’t wait to try it.

First shout out to our amazing server Lily she was so kind and helpful with the menu and our options! Second the food was PHENOMENAL, we all got pasta dishes, 3 of us did the build your own and the other got the chicken parm we loved everything we got! Will definitely come back again to try their pizza menu as well it all looked so good and also their homemade desserts!

We were around TJs and wanting a simple dinner- this place totally took our breath and tastebuds away. Freshly made pasta and en pointe sauces and great portions! We ordered 3 pastas, 1 salad and 1 starter. Wish I took pics of the venue and full menu but WOW, I no longer have to put up with pizza joint pastas and American Diner style sauces anymore!! What a God sent, go check this place out. Parking is free from 6pm onwards and I can only imagine how busy it is on the weekends!! The tiramisu was so delicious (we make ourselves at home!) and it totally give the home-made indulgent, not too sweet and fluffy feel ❤️

I went to Al Dente this week for the first time with a few friends and we were so happy we went! We started with the Rice Balls in a bolognese sauce and the Zucchini Panko with lemon aioli - and both were so delicious - so crunchy on the outside and yet tender on the inside! I had the JP's Rigatoni which was so great- tender chicken and mushrooms in an incredibly flavorful sauce and the fresh pasta just melted in my mouth! We learned that they have a sister restaurant right next door that serves baked goods as well as pizza. So of course we couldn't help but try some of the desserts - we had the NY Cheesecake, Dantes Chocolate cake and these amazing chocolate chip cookies - all so amazingly delicious!
