Told my son if he contacted me he would go to an adoption agency. BEEN 5 MONTHS AND FINALLY ABLE SEE MY SON. SO TELL ME HOW THIS IS IN BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD. GOVERMENT CORRUPTION AT ITS BEST. Was never told I couldn't see me son in any form or fashion. They need a giant overhaul and personal training on how to correctly handle cases...there is 2 sides to every case but in Cullman the male figure is never in the right..even if proves it and judge rules on it. THEY VIOLATE YOUR RIGHTS AND NEED TO BE REPRIMANDED OR SHUT DOWN.

Terrible Service and even worse employees. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone or get any information and takes them weeks to respond of they even do respond. The Front Desk Lady is clueless and doesnt understand english well enough to relay messages properly and its a constant circle of no response or her not relaying messages properly so nothing gets done. Its been 2 weeks and nobody amswers theor phone or calls back if you leave a voicemail, they dont respond to emails either. They are lazy and use “we are busy” as an excuse but not a single time I have been there has there beem more than 1-2 people waiting compared to other DHR/DHS buildings were they have sometimes 30+ people waiting and can still effectively make sure everyone is seen and heard. What a terrible office to deal with! One of my best friends has had multiple lies put on him by the child's mother. He has called 8 times in the past five weeks! Yet no returned call from Megan, her supervisor Summer, or even her supervisor. These lies are ABSOLUTELY false and will be revealed! This man is one of the best fathers I have EVER met, and anyone who knows him would agree. The child's mother milks the system and now hasn't let that man see is Babygirl for over 30 days. YET THIS OFFICE DOESN'T RETURN HIS OR HIS MOTHERS CALLS! The good lord has his back, and will definitely show him why this is the way, and treat these workers and liars accordingly. Doesnt do the children any good. They take advantage of ppl who doesnt understand the system and their rights. They obviously dont pay attention either or they wld knw when court advocacy "programs" are lying to them. Too hard to get in touch with. Money racket like most government programs.
