Alexander’s is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely outstanding. If you visit, be sure to ask for Michael—he’s warm, attentive, and truly elevates the entire dining experience. Highly recommended!

Here in Raleigh for work, flying back tomorrow, and decided to swing by the post office to mail some stuff home to ensure my checked luggage isn’t overweight. Right next door to the post office is Alexander’s so I decided to pop in for lunch, because I am always on a quest to find a good gyro. The inside is pretty nice, but the customer service was impeccable. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was very polite, and was also extremely knowledgeable of the menu and all of their offerings. I was here for the gyro though, and that’s what I ordered. I will admit it’s not the best gyro I’ve ever eaten, but it was still superb and I left quite happy and content. I come here often and have never had a bad service or meal. I love the seasoned fries but the falafel is my go to. Their eggplant appetizer and pasta is also amazing. I must say the food is excellent worth the drive.

First but not last visit to this amazing restaurant. First the atmosphere is beautiful, pleasing and welcoming. Not second however I had to start with something is Elizabeth who served us. Knowledge of the menu, the type of main courses, the preparation of the food and most of all her friendly nature made our lunch extra special. The food is well prepared and the taste is oh so good. There are so many delicious dishes to enjoy so plan on multiple visits.
